Therapeutische Bluete

Analytical approach

In principle I work analytically according to C.G. Jung. Next to working with dreams and pictures I allow room for spirituality and mindfulness within the therapeutic process.

Therapeutische Bluete

My services are for

… Adults who wish to have psychotherapy as a means of self-awareness and who wish to be accompanied on their personal paths of development by a therapist.

… Adults with a psychiatric diagnosis who wish to receive psychotherapy and have a prescription from a psychiatrist or other medical doctor.

Therapeutische Bluete

Life crisis – as at the transitions of chapters in life -, depression, anxieties, addictions, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, bullying, low self-esteem, burnout syndrome, separation, grief, family difficulties and difficulties in school or training situations.

In case of a prescription for psychotherapy from a psychiatrist or other medical doctor the treatment is covered by the basic insurance (Grundversicherung).

Analytical psychology of C.G. Jung

„Become such as you are.” This quote by the Greek poet Pindar is often connected with the analytical psychology of C.G. Jung. It can even be understood as the guiding principle of it, as it refers to the main concept of analytical psychology, which is the path of development: the individuation process. It is about becoming more and more oneself in the course of one’s development; that is, becoming whole. It means to get to know oneself more and more with all parts of oneself, to develop oneself and to truly live one’s life. A very important subject of consideration in analytical psychology is the unconscious. Dreams, for instance, can provide us with messages coming from the unconscious. If we look at the dream images and try to understand what they want to tell us we get the opportunity to complete our consciousness with these insights and evolve. Painting also brings us in touch with our unconscious and in the meantime lets us enter into a creative process.

“The aim of life is self-development. To realise one's nature perfectly, that is what each of us is here for.”

Oscar Wilde

My attitude

Our lives are paths of development. According to that I understand psychotherapy as a room in which a person should feel carried and accompanied on his or her path. Psychotherapy to me is to get to know oneself and to grow in order to be able to create one’s own life. Within every person lies a creative potential, but sometimes he or she has no access to it. Psychotherapy should be an impulse to really see oneself again, to take oneself seriously and to let oneself grow.
